It might not be obvious, but it was actually Kent (the one with the unusually thin arms) who came up with the idea to sell plus-size clothing. Exactly why is something no one really remembers anymore, but everyone agrees that it wasn’t until Kirsa joined that things truly took off.
That’s how the story of the small family-owned business Curvii began. And believe it or not, neither of them had any experience working with fashion before embarking on this adventure in the heart of Denmark.
Curvii 2015
Kent comes from a background in the Royal Danish Navy—despite having a fear of water. Kirsa, on the other hand, has spent her entire career on land, working as a dentist specializing in happy smiles.
With this modest foundation, values like honesty, integrity, and joy in the workplace became the core of Curvii. As long as customers were satisfied and employees were happy, they knew they were on the right track.
With this recipe for success, the business continued to grow, and today Curvii operates in a 1,600 m² space filled with clothing, packing machines, and a vibrant atmosphere.
Curvii is a small company with big ambitions. We don’t produce the clothing we sell but instead focus on being exceptionally efficient.
This means that:
- Even though we have a small (but highly skilled) warehouse team, we ship out almost all orders the same day they are placed.
- When you call our customer service, they answer the phone in an average of just 2.4 seconds.
- If you're looking for a specific item, we can often have it in stock from our suppliers the very same day you inquire.
All of this is possible because we transform the latest technology into smart solutions that provide our customers with the very best and fastest service. You could even say we're an IT company with extensive knowledge of plus-size fashion.
And that brings us to Curvii as it is today—now a bit rounder, broader, and much more refined. We have branches in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, offering a selection you won’t find anywhere else. However, honesty and integrity remain our core values. That’s how we were raised—from childhood, out on the heath in Central Jutland.

Jenny Andrea Hauge - Country Manager

Jenny lives and breathes design and fashion. She holds an AP degree in Design, Technology & Business from the renowned design school TEKO in Herning. This often shines through in her flamboyant office outfits but also greatly benefits customers with expert advice on both materials and fit. Jenny is the customers' best friend on social media, in the chat, and over the phone.
