Right of Withdrawal

According to the Danish Consumer Agreement Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order when shopping in a Danish online store.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Please send your cancellation notice to [email protected]. In your message, clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and provide your order number. The product must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You can use any standard shipping provider, but the return package must be sent directly to our address—we do not collect parcels from parcel lockers or similar. 

Complaints

Although we perform quality checks on our shipments, if you receive a defective or faulty item, please contact us before returning it. You can reach us via email at [email protected]. We need your name and order number.

For complaints, we offer to send you a prepaid return label by email. To have us cover the return shipping cost, you must use this label. We aim to process your return within 7 business days.

We reserve the right for printing errors, stock discrepancies, and price changes.

Fair Use Policy

We believe in treating each other fairly. Therefore, we have created our Fair Use Policy.

To shop with Curvii, we require that you:

• Intend to keep the items you purchase. Exercising your right of withdrawal is always allowed, but we expect that purchases are made with genuine intent.
• Do not exert undue pressure on or threaten our staff regarding purchases, returns, or when contacting customer service.

Examples of behavior that violate our Fair Use Policy include:

• Excessive or abnormal purchasing and returning patterns that suggest no intent to keep the items.
• Attempts to improperly influence or threaten our staff to gain extended return rights beyond our terms or legal obligations.

Curvii reserves the right to refuse an order and is not obligated to enter into a sales agreement on the website. A binding purchase agreement is only established once you receive a final order confirmation with a receipt.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe a customer violates our Fair Use Policy, we may refuse orders. This assessment is based on systematic evaluations of purchasing patterns and behavior.

If your order is rejected, you will be notified by email. This decision applies to all future purchases, regardless of the profile or email address used. Attempting to bypass this decision (e.g., by ordering under another name) is considered a separate violation of our policy.

Privacy Policy

Your name and address are solely used to deliver your order. Your email is used to send you an order confirmation. We treat all your information with strict confidentiality and do not share your data with third parties.
