Processing of Personal Data – Fulfillment of Contract

In connection with purchases at Curvii, you will enter a number of personal details, including specifically

We process this personal data in connection with fulfilling your purchase, as it is necessary for us to fulfill our part of the transaction, and also for future purchases to be easier for you.

If you have selected delivery, your name, address, phone number, and email address will be provided to our shipping company, currently Postnord, for the purpose of delivering your purchase.

Processing of Personal Data – Consent

If you have checked the box "Yes, I consent to being contacted by email with newsletters or offers," we process your email address and purchase information until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this by using the link at the bottom of our emails.
